A Brief History of Our Company
Mountain Country Property Management Ltd. (est. 2001) is an unrestricted property management agency, licensed by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia, and services Whistler British Columbia. It is a limited corporation and is fully owned and operated by Gordon Low RI (BC).
We are bonded in accordance to the Real Estate Act.
Gordon Low has been managing resort style properties in Whistler and eastern British Columbia since 1994. He is a graduate of the Urban Land Economics Program, majoring in Real Estate Management from the University of British Columbia and is professionally designated as a RI(BC) from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. Gordon has a background in Project Management and holds a certificate from the Simon Fraser University in this field. He is also a graduate from the University of Western Ontario.
Our Team consists of qualified and licensed property managers, in-house accounting staff and fully equipped maintenance personnel. Our commercial office is conveniently located in Creekside, Whistler.
