Specializing in Long Term Rental Management for Whistler BC, our services can be distinguished into 2 categories, Annual leases and Seasonal leases. Seasonal leases are typically 4 to 6 month terms through the winter or the summer.
Services: We place an emphasis on tenant screening. Our services include advertising, open houses, property documentation, lease preparation, collections, and maintenance coordination throughout the tenancy.
Clients: Our clients include property owners of condominiums, townhouses and single family homes throughout Whistler. Mountain Country also oversees the management of resident restricted multi-unit dwellings and corporate employee accommodation.
Licensing: Property owners have assurances their property is appropriately managed. Mountain Country and its managers are licensed and bonded in accordance to the Real Estate Services Act of BC. All rents and deposits are processed through regulated Trust accounts.
Staff: Our staff includes licensed property managers, in-house accounting utilizing current property management specific software, fully equipped maintenance personnel, all located in our commercial office in Whistler Creekside.
